  • General Admission Information.

    For diploma and certificate courses, applications should be routed through the Central Admission System. The academic year starts in early October.

  • For Diploma and Certificate courses applicants, duly filled-in application forms should be submitted with the following supporting documents to reach the college as early as possible:

    Two passport-size photographs;

    Names of two referees, who have known the applicant and are able to evaluate the applicant's ability for the course being sought;

    Copies of all educational certificates and relevant testimonials. A copy of the birth certificate. A medical certificate from a recognized medical practitioner; An endorsement and/or letter from the sponsor/employer or guardian confirming his/her readiness to sponsor the applicant;

    Any payment It should be paid directly into either the College Bank

  • successful candidates are to come up with the documents in above at the time of registration as might be instructed in the admission letter.
  1.  Basic Technician Certificate of social work
  • Inquiries of admission

    For certificate courses, applications should be have the following qualification.

    Candidates who possess a Certificate of Secondary Education (O’Level) with a minimum of 4 credits (four Ds) in any Arts subjects, English language inclusive; or


     Ordinary Diploma in social work

     Inquiries of admission

    Direct entry:

    (a)    Candidates who possess a Certificate of Secondary Education (O’Level) with a minimum of 5 credits in any Arts subjects, English language inclusive; or

    (b)   Candidates with a Technician Certificate in a social work or other related social science fields, obtained from a recognized institution with at least the Lower Second Class; or

    (c)    Form Six (A’Level) with at least 4.5 points.
